Fiedler

Beate Fiedler was first admitted to the bar in 1992. Her title as family law specialist (Fachanwältin für Familienrecht) was granted in 1997, immediately after the introduction of this additional qualification in Germany. During her four-year stay in the UK she was listed as Registered European Lawyer and also qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

Beate moved to Berlin in 2008 to work for a renowned local law firm- She was solely responsible for all family law cases. In 2025, she decided to start her own law firm.

Her areas of expertise comprise divorce proceedings and all related family law matters, child custody and alimony, spousal support, matrimonial property law issues, paternity matters, pre-nuptial agreements, as well as divorce settlements. She deals with cross-border cases and is often requested to provide expert opinions on German family law both for courts and involved parties.

She has a vast experience both in out-of-court arrangements and contentious court cases, including with complex international legal issues. Beate is a Fellow of the International Academy of Familiy Lawyers (IAFL), a global network of distinguished international family law practitioners.

Beate English is a native speaker of German and speaks English skilfully and professionally. She has a basic command of French.

Reinhard
Schelle

Reinhard Schelle, a dual British and German national, is a German-registered solicitor. Previously, he worked as a German federal civil servant and has had 16 years of service in London and Luxembourg on the boards of two International Financial Institutions and working for the European Commission in Brussels. Reinhard is a native speaker of both English and German and has a good command of French.
